Currently in the Entitlement Phase, the project captures elements of the nearby Angeles National Forest and LA River watershed (which runs through the site) to transform the ground-floor paseo, 6th-floor sky lounge and roof deck of a 7-story mixed-use building located in the vibrant Echo Park neighborhood.

This landscape concept is a pure distillation of LANDmarc’s passion for using a site’s surrounding context & adjacent landforms to inform design.
